Herefordshire beef from Johnny Morris

Based on the nutrient-rich banks of the River Wye, Beef rearing is in Johnny’s blood. His passion and knowledge ensure only the best levels of animal husbandry. Our selected native breed cattle are reared on grass and dry-aged in our humidity-controlled Himalayan salt aging cold rooms.
