Our History
Working in his father’s country butchers in the foothills of the Black Mountains in the small community of Longtown, Neil Powell started his butchery apprenticeship at the age of 5.

Our beef cattle are predominantly grass-fed, with a diet that is 100% homegrown on feed derived from Herefordshire pastures some of the richest in the world!
