Open space, fresh air
We feel that what is good for our cattle is good for you. Our beef is slowly grown on highly nutrient-rich Herefordshire pastures. Our lambs and pigs are raised in the open space and fresh air that the rugged Monmouthshire countryside provides. Our slow grown, our free range birds are allowed to forage naturally in grassy pastures.
