Our Whole Boned & Rolled Leg of Lamb is Delicious as an easy to carve roasting joint or a mouth-watering as a butterflied leg marinated in Mediterranean herbs or North African spices and cooked on the BBQ.
After selecting the best hindquarter legs we then ‘tunnel bone’ to minimise cuts into the meat.
