Free Home Delivery (Herefordshire & Monmouthshire) – In light of the recent developments in regards to COVID-19, we are rolling out our free home delivery service across Herefordshire & Monmouthshire. Our delivery drivers will carry out sensible measures to ensure your delivery is done so safely. You can place by phone or email. Deliveries will be made on Wednesday and Friday. Minimum Order Value £25.

Although our home delivery service is open to everyone, we would please like to stress, that we want to make sure that the vulnerable in our community and those who are self-isolating have priority and the opportunity to get what they need. If you would like delivery on an alternative day or your spend is under £25, you can use our online next day delivery service, which is chargeable.

Local Home Delivery Online Orders – you can place your order for local home delivery online, at checkout a 5% discount will applied to your order, please be sure to select the local home delivery option at checkout.

Next Day Delivery (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays) – Order before 2pm, and when you choose this option at the checkout we’ll prepare and pack your order, and our specialist refrigerated courier service will deliver your order to your door on the next working day. Note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, we can currently only deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Free Next Day Delivery (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays) – If your order is £75 or more, delivery will be free of charge.

Click & Collect – Select this option at the checkout, decide which of our four shops you’d like to collect from, and your order will be carefully prepared and waiting for you to collect.  You’ll receive a 10% discount on your order total at the checkout.  Note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, we require 48hrs notice to prepare your order.  If you are unsure about when to collect your order please do give us a call to check.

Delivery FAQs

What happens when I place an order?
Your order will be cut specifically for you. After preparing your products we place in a insulated box with ice packs to keep the contents cool until delivery. The contents within the box have been temperature tested for up to 48 hours but your product will normally be delivered within 24 hours.

I won’t be in to receive my delivery, what can I do?
Our insulated boxes are too large to fit through your letterbox, so we request that you leave instructions for a safe place that our courier can leave the product even if you’re not in. If you don’t have a porch or shed we ask that you might leave a large plastic container for the courier to put our insulated box into, to keep it safe from the elements. We’ll do our best to be flexible to do whatever works for you.

We currently deliver to mainland UK.

What days do you deliver?
Due to the situation with COVID-19, standard next day delivery is currently available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Free local delivery is currently available on Wednesday and Friday.

What is the latest I can order for next day delivery?
Orders for next day delivery must be with us by 2pm. We need a bit of time to cut your individual order.

I’ve chosen Click & Collect, when can I collect my order?
Due to the situation with COVID-19, we need a bit more time than usual to prepare your order – so please allow 48hrs before collecting your order.
